‘Out To Lunch’ performed the Music of Eric Dolphy. Dave Hagedorn, vibes; Dave Milne, sax and bass clarinet; Kelly Rossum, trumpet; Phil Hey, drums; Tom Lewis, bass. Also performing was the St. Olaf College Jazz Ensemble I under the direction of Dave Hagedorn. The show started at 8:00 pm at the Pause at Buntrock Commons, St. Olaf College, Northfield, MN. The final concert featured one band from the festival; selected as an outstanding student group. In addition, the NMU Jazz Combo was joined by trumpeter Kelly Rossum. After an intermission, the NMU Jazz Band took the stage and performed with saxophonist Bob Mintzer. |
